george 53 Posted January 11, 2012 Posted January 11, 2012 Robert, If I remember correctly, there MIGHT have been two different Interior patterns,.The button tuft seats were cloth, a velourish type of material, nicer than the "Mouse Fur" that comes in them now. The leather interior MAY have been of a different pattern, for the simple reason that it was leather. My mother retired from the Livonia Fisher Body Plant where they made/sewed the interiors for various G.M. models, includeing Cadillac. Once again, I GOTTA hand it to you! You GO bro!!!!!

You GO bro!!!!! yup they had two types of interiors one was leather and the other type was velour. but both had the same pattern, for the 90-92 d'elegance.. the 80-89 sedan deville, fleet wood brougham had i think three different types that's including the one i did. i like these type of seats better, there easier to maintain. the pillow tops have to many nooks and crannies you got to get into when you go to clean them and i think thats awesome that you and your mom worked for GM. thanks for building us some awesome cars back in the day when they where built tuff!! i know my caddy will go over a prius like it went over a speed bump and never drop under 50mph lol.. i may have to pick your brian about the caddy's one day Edited January 12, 2012 by ROB213
