just a glimpse at the project im starting. its taken me a few weeks for all my extra parts but will come out detailed when finished. some parts will be store bought and some will be scratch made. Question for the forum: what do u guys use for blower and cap harness material?

I've used paper and cloth tape in the past. On my latest project, it's 1/8" wide ribbon from WalMart. I've got black, blue and orange. Currently using orange. Makes great seat belt material or trim for upholstering as well.

Question for the forum: what do u guys use for blower and cap harness material?

Many different sources for holddown straps. I have used masking tape, detail seatbelt material, textured electrical tape and athletic tape in the past. They all work well and usually look the part in scale form.
