Bartster Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 (edited) Has anyone heard of this AMT kit. It's an early Model T Ford fire truck that can be built stock or "Hot" rod ? It is from the '60s. Edited January 19, 2012 by Bartster

Bartster Posted January 19, 2012 Author Posted January 19, 2012 (edited) Thanks Casey, that's it. I just bought a complete, decent box, good decals. Does it have any collector value ? Yes, I know it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay. I've just never heard of or seen it. Edited January 19, 2012 by Bartster
Junkman Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 Thanks Casey, that's it. I just bought a complete, decent box, good decals. Does it have any collector value ? Yes, I know it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay. I've just never heard of or seen it. Not only does it have significant collectors value, it is also highly sought after by Model T buffs, since it comes with a Frontenac twin cam cylinder head conversion.
Junkman Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 I'm pretty shure the Fronty engine stuff was also in the '27 T Pheaton police car that was reissued a few years ago. If I'm not mistaken (and I don't claim for a second that I am not), the '27 T comes with a Riley four port, no? Be it as it may, the cinder bug has been reissued at least once and I have this reissued kit. I'll try to dig it up next weekend and post pictures.
