(yellow and green) http://www.hankstruckpictures.com/pix/trucks/sissick/2001/oct13/international_transport_ih_ridgefield_nj_81.jpg thanks to this vid i saw!
Jim B Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 Looks like an interesting project. Interesting that you say "yellow & green", because in the video it looks like yellow & blue. The pic on Hank's does look yellow & green, though.
mackinac359 Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 International Transport tractors were always yellow and green. Sometimes the green was dark green. Tim
cowboysevens Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 this will be a cool project , get with jerry at modeltruckin.com for them decals
Jim B Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 Is Model Truckin' back up? It's been down for a while now.
phoneguy Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 Is Model Truckin' back up? It's been down for a while now. I'm working to get it back up. The host is of no help, so I'm having to rebuild the store. I hope to be back online shortly.

phoneguy Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 ok jerry!...what would it take to have you make me a set of these decals up? Time, for one thing. I can't make any promises concerning a timeframe, considering the current situation. I will see what I can work up in between the headaches.
bandit1 Posted January 31, 2012 Author Posted January 31, 2012 Time, for one thing. I can't make any promises concerning a timeframe, considering the current situation. I will see what I can work up in between the headaches. thats alright...i need to get another project out of the way first.....so it will be some time anyways...but at least im finding future projects....i may start something like tim does....where he just gets everything to paint and paints it and then sticks it back in the box for building later?
lapazleo Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 Great idea for a project. International Transport had many interesting trucks leased to them I'm surprised there haven't been more models. Wheels of time magazine from the American truck historical society did an article with many great pictures but I can't remember what month. A google search should nail it down. Looking forward to pictures.
phoneguy Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 Leo, I think the lack of fleet models is the lack of decals. That is a void i've been trying to fill for the last 2 years. I have a few "roaming" photographers that get me good shots and also I've called on some of the guys that conribute pics at Hank's for additional help.
lapazleo Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 My mistake it was Old Time Trucks magazine Feb/March 2010. Twenty full color pictures of It trucks.
lapazleo Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 I agree, I wish there were more people in the hobby like you. There are so many good subjects that are do able.
