FASTBACK340 Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Stopped by Sears this morning and had some time to kill so I went browsing. I found these neat little clamps. The clamp on the left is 4" long needle-nosed and has a low tension spring holding it closed. The one on the right is 5" and has a ratcheting type lock as you squeeze it. Both have easily modified jaws and are inexpensive. $2 & $4 respectively.
Dr. Cranky Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 I have a few of those, and YES, they are wonderful and come in very handy!
Deathgoblin Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Like the needlenose clamps. Gonna have to get some of those. Thanks for posting this!
JunkPile Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 Will stop at Sears to gather a few of each of those. Mention of "low tension" got my attention. Most mini clamps are just too strong. Thanks for tip.
dentedfender Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 I have a few of those but also use different styles of clothespins that we use for laundry. There seems to be numerous types out there and I get them from the dollar store.
