gray07 Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 My question is, when is pending long enough, when i put things on trade, and people say there interested, so you put pending, how long do you hold it for the person, ive got a couple items still pending from around christmas, and they still say they want the item, there still looking for something to trade for the item. I wont mention names here, its not about that, its about how long should i wait till i move to the next person in line.
Junkman Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 IMO a week is plenty of time for anyone to make a decision.
Harry P. Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 Send the person a note, tell them you have other people interested, and tell them if they don't respond within a day you will asume they are no longer interested and you'll move on to the other guy. You've waited WAY too long already. I would have sent out that message after a week or two.
Darin Bastedo Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 If I really want something bad enough, I'll go out and buy something to trade with you.
Evil Appetite Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 Yeah thats way too long..I'd let'em know it's going back up for trade.
Darin Bastedo Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 What are ya trading? is it something good?

Guest Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 A week is the limit when I don't hear back from someone. People who are slow to communicate are ususally even slower when it comes time to go to the post office.
