Now that is deeper than space! I thought Ulysses wrote The Odyssey. At least that is how I remembered Spock explaining it on In Search Of.

Love your quote by the way...i've used that one m'self.

I hope too many people don't take it any more seriously than I do.  It is meant as tongue in cheek/sarcastic.  Seems like there are a lot of people that answer questions without giving any answer.  Like: Q: Where do I find a Blue 1968 Thing-a-ma-bob plastic kit in 1/25 scale?(Non) A:I don't know but I once saw Green 2011 Do-Hicky 1/64 scale die-cast built toy.But I digress...

What a coincidence, I traded in my '68 Thing-a-ma-bob on a 2011 Do-Hicky. I liked the styling of my classic Thing-a-ma-bob, but the Mileage and reliability of the 2011 Do-Hicky is so much better. I just wish I could get my old '68 Thing-a-ma-bob in scale. It was available in resin back in the eighties but the caster went out of business, and they go for a fortune on ebay.

Do you know where I can get one now besides ebay?

Since most of them were destroyed filming remakes of the classic made for TV mini-series "The Earls of Edmonton", they command a super huge premium. I have heard of a guy, the very same guy who played Billy-Bubba Earl, has a massive collection of these. Contacting him bay get you further. I do not have a web link or email.

I went to band camp with Billy-Bubba Earl! And one time...

I know a guy whose second cousin's brother in  law's nieghbor's ex-wife's great uncle has one.

Sounds like he might be his own grandfather. Once removed.
