Ira Posted February 17, 2012 Author Posted February 17, 2012 love the build was wandering what you molded into the van and how you did it. ive been trying to figure out how to do this myself.any help would be appreciated Thanks, Glad you like it! Well, first I set the VW Van body next to the Ferrari Body. Then I drew a line, following the Ferrari's side shapes onto the sides of the Van. Then I cut off the Van body just below the line to give me a little extra plastic to play with... Next I set the Van body on top of the Ferrari Body in the postition that I liked and marked the top of the Ferrrari body along the bottom of the Van Body Edge. Then I cut out that section of Ferrari Body. From there its a matter of cutting and fitting the two bodies a little at a time untill you have a good fit. Then Glue the bodies together and apply a good putty, like Automotive Spot Putty.
