Maybe someone else can chime in here, but I don't think thats even possible. The two motors are completely different, you'd be better off finding a donor engine.

Moebius Models Hudson Hornet has real nice Straight Six engine. Maybe it would be easier to use that as a basis. I don't know, where are you going to install thay engine, but maybe some European or japanese model kits have straight six engines too.

You would be better off just starting with a block of styrene then converting a V8 into a straight 6. There are plenty of kits with straight 6s:

AMT 1950 Chevy PU

AMT 1960 Chevy PU

AMT 1951 Chevy Bel Air

Revell 1941 Chevy PU

Moebius Hornet

Galaxie Limited 48 Chevy Aerosedan/Sedan Delivery

Trumpeter 63 Chevy Nova

...just off the top of my head.

don't think of it as an engine: break it down into shapes. the block will be one rectangle of a given length, width, and height; the head, another; valve cover a half-cylinder , more or less. the bottom of the block may be belled out for crank clearance, or the same width top to bottom. establish center lines and research some reference material fo the engine you want to replicate. some 6's use the same water pumps as V8's, but off the top of my head i couldn't say which. it's easy to find dimensions if you go to a forum that deals with the cars that have the engine you're interested in.
