Erik Smith Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 HERE Somebody liked them - I am curious about the wagon and sedans (and converted convertibles) Anybody know what they are?
iBorg Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 Renault Dalphines.....I think by Hubley. The Cobra is a kit off a slot car. Maybe Strombecker.
Erik Smith Posted February 18, 2012 Author Posted February 18, 2012 I am not sure these are the Hubley Dauphines. These have engines - I am pretty sure the Hubley Dauphine was a curbside. I am familiar with the Hubley kit - these are diferent. Thanks, though, Mike.
Erik Smith Posted February 18, 2012 Author Posted February 18, 2012 (edited) Okay, so I did some research... 1959 Ford Populars or Ford Anglia 100e's Obviously, not too popular here. I still would like to know more about the models... Okay, I figured it out Edited February 18, 2012 by Erik Smith
HotRodaSaurus Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 You beat me to that Yes Premiers Ford. Not very accurate but quite desirable here in the UK, never seen one myself but would buy one for the box art. It is based on a Prefect, which is the same basic body as the Popular and Anglia but has 4 doors. The blue and white estate(station wagon to the USA) looks like the roof has been sawn off extended then put on in reverse! But hang on, no its just Premier's poor execution of the model John
