Ira Posted April 2, 2012 Author Posted April 2, 2012 (edited) FLAMES ON!!! Added the rest of the decals... I used some Testors Ruby Red and a small brush to blend the Flames in to the Red Front End. Now a little Testors Gloss Cote it's done! Edited April 2, 2012 by Ira

I hand painted the the area between the Bright Red Edge of the decal and the Dark Red Paint. I try to be careful not to paint over the decal lines...

Ira Posted April 5, 2012 Author Posted April 5, 2012 (edited) Gas Lines, Wing, Parachute... Here is the Revell Super Charger Scoop in place. I am adding some gas and ignition lines... I inserted a piece of brass wire in the end of the tank, to mount the gas line. Added a back to the Tony Nancy 22jr. parchute and filled in the sides with putty. Attached some 1/8th" wide plastic strip to the rear edge of the wing. Will be adding Side Fins to the wing later... Edited April 5, 2012 by Ira

Ira Posted April 8, 2012 Author Posted April 8, 2012 FINS For The WING!!! I drew a Fin shape on sheet plastic and cut it out. Then I Trimmed and Sanded it untill I got the shape I liked. I traced the Fin on sheet plastic and made a second Fin. Next I attached the Fins with Zap-A-Gap. Ready for Paint!
