jerseyjunker1 Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 this is a diorama i built quite a few years ago and dold on ebay. it is mostly made of scrap wood i had left over. i used some dollhouse and railroad items as well as home made items. i made the gas pump out of wood and aluminum and the BBQ from a soda can. all of the tools are hand made. the caddy is a maisto 12th scale model.the man was a women figure that i gave a sex change and made my mechanic.hope some like it. the 24th scale is a danbury mint to show comparison in size
SuperStockAndy Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Very cool the man was a women figure that i gave a sex change and made my mechanic LOL!!
GTMust Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Manny..... you have hidden talent. Where have you been? This dio has incredible character and feeling! It's difficult to achieve this...... but you get major credit for doing so! Excellent work, and hopefully we'll see more diaramas from you, including the progress photos. Seeing it come together is the interesting part for me. Tony
Lawfish Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Sweet! That's very nice work. You are quite a scratch-builder.
