A build for the birds.

I recently got into airplanes, and the first one I got was a used hobbyzone super cub. nice easy trainer and fairly durable.

but I got tired of the bland white, so out came the air brush. I'm still a little new at air brushing, but I'm happy with the progress. I still need decals and a few more details. Heres what I have so far.

today I was flying and mistakenly flew out of my transmitter and lost control. right before I know I'd lost it, I killed the throttle. I jumped in my truck and went on the hunt. I found it 3 blocks over, it had bounced off a roof and landed in a front yard. It was suprizingly undamaged. A chipped wing, and scratches on the nose. Just another day in r/c flying.

I like the refinished bird, but you keep that up and that OD color might not be so easy to find next time.
