Hi.....Jairus..this is my first version of a Book Diorama. There must be more ideas , if anyone has made a Book Diorama , let us know. What most I like about it , is that its great for traveling. Hi....outlaw035..I used the backdrop Instant Buildings by Walthers, item number 949-722 Back Street Structures. They also have the Old West Frontier, Industrial District , and Main Street Stores, all of cardboard. None of them are in a specific scale , backdrops are not intended to be in scale , they were first created by museum modelers to produce imaginary distance in small spaces with the method of PERSPECTIVE DIORAMA . Then, model railroad builders began the use of this method for there layouts. The best model railroad layouts that I have visited in U.S.A. are in attics , they have full wall backdrops. So , I hope you can use this method for your future models,,,,,Have Fun...Barbo.
