SuperStockAndy Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 (edited) #77 bit is about right, but I'd go #78 and make it bigger if necessary. Edited March 1, 2012 by SuperStockAndy
FASTBACK340 Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 **TIP** Before you go after an item with the drill bit (especially a Hemi valve cover, where alignment is visible) I install a straight pin in either an x-acto handle or pin vise. Then I carefully find the exact spot I want the hole, and I gently push the point into the plastic. This leaves a center punched starter-hole for when you drill. If your aligned your drilled holes will line up neatly. I use this method when ever I have to have a no-slip hole drilled.
