This is my first build in about 10 years and my first Tamiya. (The quality is phenomenal!) I chose the Rally over the standard version, because of the extra little details and the ability to make this a "Hard Parker." I haven't chose a color for the body yet, but I've been tossing around the idea of Pearl White. Below are some pics of the progress:

The Chassis is mainly done minus a few extra little details.

Finally the wheels that will be going on the car: BBS LM's (Aoshima)

Big thanks to Steve (Steven Zimmerman) for selling these wheels to me, they're going to really make the STI come together!

Stay tuned for more updates!

i was going to ask about the color you used for the brakes because it looked like the same color as the Project U brakes B) i've been wanting to do some brakes in that color for awhile, it would be cool if someone did some caliper decals in silver for them as well.

haha, yeah. I used the same color on some of the bracing on the chasis to simulate Cusco products as well.

I agree, some decals in silver would be awesome.

so what color did you use? is it a Tamiya color?

It's by "VIVA" and it's their Precious Metal Color line. My fiance' had it for an art project for her class. Turquoise is the color.
