What's goin' on...

By the looks of your posts you've been busy! RIght now I've got the "Builders Block"! Two projects on the bench and the CEO of the trucking company I work for wants me to build an FLD120 for him. Sometimes you (generally speaking) can sit down and there's no effort to complete a project. It's like it finishes itself. Then on the flipside you sit there and you can't seem to make any headway at all!!!

progress made...changed air ride to spring suspension, crammed a Cummins 350 in it, added Astro fuel tanks for the longer runs.

Do you have any spoke rear wheels? Those would be perfect for the walking beam suspension!

You could do spoke rears, disc fronts. I've seen quite a few trucks that way. I think the KW from the movie High Ballin is set up that way. Looks good so far. B)

I second what FlatbedKW said, go with the spoke drives and budd fronts. There's a Superliner that runs around here that is like that, a few older R models, and a few other makes.
