samba bus with new roof.

hi all

after the comments on the kit roof i decided to have a go at making a different roof for the bus.

i cut the material from a canvas bug and soaked it in watered down pva glue to get it to hold shape. then i gave it a quick spray with the airbrush to give some age. hope you like it, please let me know what you think.

The material looks ok, but it needs to lay down flat. There's a hidden mechanism in there, and metal bows just like a headliner. Try to fold this down flat and replicate the plastic part you removed.
