Okay I polished it out to 12k grit.I didn't burn through because i started with 4k grit because the paint was pretty smooth.I may add a thinned top coat to bring up the gloss!

Okay! I mounted the interior and chassis to the body.This part of the build normally makes me nervous but as I mentioned before this is a very well-engineered kit and it went together with just a little trouble.The home stretch appears to be in sight!

I decided to keep the mufflers where they are.I think they look cool!

Been watching this build... Looks like it's coming together beautifully. wasn't sure about the red firewall and rad support but it looks awesome. I have a 68 that I'm almost finished. It's a little bit uhhh less shiny.

Installed the rear valance panel.It was a good move on Revell's part to make it a separate piece.Made installing the interior/chassis much easier.

Put on the front grille/bumper and rear bumper.Lookin' good!

Yes I plan to take it from the Revell Cutlass Convertible!i will modify it to fit if necessary!

The conv boot from the Revell '72 Cutlass fit fine with no modification .
