cobraman Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 In another post I showed the unbuilt Cobras in my collection. Thought you may like to see the rest of my Cobra collection.
cobraman Posted April 11, 2012 Author Posted April 11, 2012 Yes, there are several Daytona's in my collection but nowhere near as the AC cobras.
moparmagiclives Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 How much do you think you have invested ??
cobraman Posted April 11, 2012 Author Posted April 11, 2012 Really not all that much invested. I would say less than 4,000 bucks.
vettecote Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I kinda get the feeling you like Cobras! I did get the chance to drive an original AC Cobra once. Awesomely powerful car!...Joe
moparmagiclives Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 That really isn't much for what you've got there, nice collection.
DustyMojave Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 A Cobraphile huh? I can appreciate that. In 1962 Carroll Shelby took my dad for a ride around Riverside Raceway in the prototype Cobra. At the time it was painted pearl metallic yellow. It got painted a number of different colors and taken to different places to give the impression that there were already a number of Cobras built. I'm currently working on restoring a 67 Shelby TransAm race Mustang to be used in Vintage Racing such as the Monterey Historics which the car is invited to for this year. The Featured Marque this year will be Shelby. Not a Cobra, but related...
