i see how builders baloonie slice PLASTRUCT hex rods into bolt heads. my question is, what sizes of are the most useful for heavy duty trucks? mildbill

Scale them. Figure out what size bolt, divide by 24 or 25 depending on the scale. Only way to really be accurate.

I know you posted that question about plastruct hex rods some time ago, but I am new here, and use the very same thing. I use the .020, .030. and .040 hex rod for making nuts and bolts, and it works great
