are you going to do the Glidden car decals?

Jack Smith is doing a set for 1 of the Glidden cars and I'm waiting to hear from Jack so I don;t do the same car

Looks great Chuck. I really want to do the red, white and blue Glidden version with my body but if no one else gets any decals ready within a short time I might have to change and go with a set of yours.

OK guys I said I would make it , after getting my body from Scott (which the body is awesome and the finest resin casting I have ever seen) I started on the decals and here is what I came up with . This is the version he campaign after winning the Pro Stock Class the following year , this is why he is carring the Pro 1 . I have already started and almost have the version (in which he won the Pro Stock Class)from the previous year and his Pro # is 205

Ok guys I spoke with Scott and he suggested the 55 or 57 pro pod as a starting point for this build . I have taken some pics as I build so you see some of the mods I did

here are some pics as the chassis progress, I used the frame from the 55 also and atttached it with tape after I narrow the tub to fit the car . The frame also had to be narrowed and I removed the A-arms and will reattach them after the chassis fits

I also had a set of alumunum wheels from Micro Nitro that I will be using

This look great!!!....I am doing the 1978 Glidden car and Dyno Don Fairmonts, Scott really did a great job on this body and the pro stoc engine he also sell is superb!!!

Man, Scott has this nailed for a win...All the extra details to compliment it are awesome.

And Chuck, looks like you nailed the decals too man, great work.

1 question.....how do you find time to do these great builds, along with designing and printing some pretty incredible decal artwork ?

Chuck...I am loving this Fairmont.... those decals are Killer. You do some great work man. the Dyno Don car is one sweet ride. I Look forward to more of this build and Scott has some great products.

The parts and decals look incredible. You guys did some very impressive work. I'll have to get my hands on this kit. Hopefully, someone will have some Glidden decals ready by the time I get the kit.

The body/paint/decals all came out nice, can't wait to see it as you build her!
