Arii 1/700 USS Fletcher - 1991 Fit

I was given the Arii 1/700 USS Fletcher by a friend of mine back in 1999 who wanted to get me into ship modeling. Well, it took me a long time to finish her, but I managed to get her done back in February 2009. I used the Flagship Models Spruance-Class P/E set, and the JAG Collective Warning Circles set. I also swapped out the VLS system for the ASROC launcher to "back date" the kit a little. Although there was a ASROC launcher in the kit, I used a resin one from JAG Collective. I also added small chan on the foredeck for anchor chain.

Very nice! 1/700 is a little smaller than I like to build... Nice PE, nice paint, all around, a nice clean build!

Not sure, but you can try Gold Medal Models.

GMM, yes. Set 240-5. $48.00. Equips both the DE Buckley kit and a four-stacker, Ward, Bligh, etc...

thanks guys, there was a uss ballard, a wickes class destroyer, the hms campbeltown was just rereleased and im gonna build the dd267 out of it.
