Terry Sumner Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 My Badger 150 was spitting paint a little bit screwing up some fine detail work. So I sent it off to Badger on friday a week ago. Got it back in the mail today all rebuilt. They fixed whatever it is internally and they slapped on a new tip and crown. And all at no cost for anything! Man, other companies should take a lesson here don't ya think?
Bartster Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 That makes me warm & fuzzy all over. lt's a shame companies in all types of businesses don't back their products in this way. Good for Badger & you!
sportandmiah Posted May 1, 2012 Posted May 1, 2012 I've read numerous stories about Badger and their great customer service. I'm shopping a new airbrush and Badger is without a doubt my next choice.
CadillacPat Posted May 1, 2012 Posted May 1, 2012 Badger's are great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've got 3 of them along with several Iwatas and Paasche's. The Anthem 155 and the LG 100 are perfect all around Guns that will do anything the Modeler/AirBrusher needs to do. The Guns are inexpensive built with precision and quality, Parts are very inexpensive. CadillacPat
High octane Posted May 1, 2012 Posted May 1, 2012 Badger reps have put on demos at our club meetings twice and also set up a few air-brushes for the members to play (try-out) with. They were very good to us and I'm sure their service is great. I do have a Badger but haven't used any air-brush for a number of years, however if I ever get the urge to go back to air-brushing, I'll be at their doorstep buying another one.
