Sometime I will use the '68 Mustang GT kit to make the Bullitt Mustang. What are the differences in the GT and Bullitt? I know the grill ,which is included in the kit, wheels(included also), gas cap painted black. What are the interior differences? Did it have a manual or automatic trans.? Exactly what color green was it? I think the Interor I black, am I right?

Patrick, Bullet's car was a 68 390 4spd. The model comes with an FE big block, manual trans. I believe the car had a black interior, and i THINK the color was deep forest green color. I DON'T know the exact name for Fords color of it. Just goin from memory so i'm probably wrong on the exact color. I built the Revell Die Cast and just detailed the engine and interior. Much easier for me, caz I still don't paint so hot!!! Came out pretty nice, if I say so myself.:D;)

which ONE? they used several filming Bullitt.... auto AND stick. btw; when watching the movie, you can tell when McQueen is driving because the rear view mirror will show his reflection... when the directors thought things were too hairy, they made Steve put the stunt driver in, and they folded the mirror down so you couldn't see him...

it's a pretty good crime movie even without the iconic chase scene.

After you've figured out what to do after all that other info...shave off any and all scripts, emblems, and whatever else you need to that identifies the car as a Ford Mustang GT.
