Ironman63
Has anyone tried this? I'm trying to match a color and the 2 colors that will get me close, one is Testors and the other is Model Master. I know that they are both enamel and made by Testors, but Testors thinner says it is a "universal" which leads me to think they might not mix well together. I welcome any input. cchapman195
Mark, As long as the paint you are using is of the same type(Enamel, Acrylic, Lacquer) you can mix them together. "Universal" means that it can be used in any or most applications. Just remember to mix the paint real well then do a 2 parts paint to 1 part thinner if you are going to airbrush the paint. Good luck and post pics if you get a chance.
Ironman63
Thanks, guys. I'm just starting to build the truck. I'll post as soon as I get some paint on it.
