Which resin caster makes the best, most accurate 1/25 scale Enderle Bug Catcher like in this picture?

Appreciate your responses as I need to order one....

You ready to finally spend that baptismal money of your's ? I'd say Competition Resin for the resin piece . I'd also check with Rick at Scale Dreams , he sells a polished metal one !

enderle had different names for different butterfly openings....bug catcher, bird catcher, buzzard catcher. big and ugly injector.... finned, no fin....etc....I always thought the Revell piece that comes with the kits were an excellent version, but like any piece you do end up buying, the amount of work you're willing to put into it is the key....none of the butterflies "fly" with me....but here's a good page to sort of give you the different types and looks....all depends on what year of injector hat you're trying to recreate...

I know you asked about resin but the best one I have ever seen and worked with, proportionally, is a machined aluminum piece from Scale Repros. You would have to create your own butterflys and linkage but it looks the best.

Wayne and I are on the same page , Rick carries the Scale Repros which is what I saw before , didn't know who produced the product , right church , same pew !

In my opinion it's the Revell '68 Corvette, doesn't have injection but I don't see why that can't be scratchbuilt though.

Not cast but Ron Olsen 3D Specialties  has a file you can print and it allows you to pick your style for most Enderlie hat's. The price for the print is quite reasonable, and once you own it you can print more for just the cost of the resin
