Making 1:25 rims out of 1:24

Apparently l don't know how to, or can't, use the search function. A while back there was a thread/tutorial about making 1:25 Chevy truck 6-lug rally wheels out of Monogram's 1:24 6-lug rallys. Does anyone remember this? Could someone please supply a link? l only have one set & they were kinda hard to get, so l wanna make sure l get it right! Thanks, Bart.
