Can the title of a post be modified?

I updated the C6R thread but I can't find a way to modify the title to reflect the date of the update..... Can this be done? I can edit the contents but not the title.

I made a mistake with one of mine - Called it a '69 GSS Dart in the title and it's obviously a '68.
