timc Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 I have over 350 kits in my stash. 2 works in progress. 4-5 started and back in the box. 150 cans of assorted spray paints.(does it go bad?) 200+ little bottles of paints. Close to 100 pieces of after-market stuff(read as wheel sets count as 1 piece). Eight different airbrushes and one compressor. One priceless jewelers saw, made in germany, that was given to me by my friend who is a jeweler. $300-$400 worth of tools and other supplies. All of this I have aquired over the past twenty or so years. Value of replacement for home owners insurance $10K.(remember the stuff was cheaper 20 years ago,the $10K covers inflation) Time that I have to actually build is about 2 hours per month right now. My wife does not or will not complain because in her words"There's a lot of other bad stuff he could do with the money" and also I have something to show for it.I don't do drugs but "there's nothing like a good glue buzz early in the morning".LOL just kidding guys my workspace is well ventilated. now for the addmitance. I am addicted to models and I am happy. thanks bigtim.
Ben Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 When you have so many kits that you forget you have a certain kit only to find that you just bought the third one........your half way there!
