  1. Is anyone going to produce the decals for the sides of the vehicles? I would like to get a set to use on a couple of entries. If I can get the decals I'll enter the build off.
  2. Justin Johnson. Look him up on you tube. Great master guitarist. Nathaniel Ratcliff and the Night Sweats. Great feel good music. Can also be fount on you tube. Also check out Seasick Steve on you tube.
  3. I got one of the new Revell Broncos, a bottle of Vallego blue grey wash and a set of glue shiringes. With the up coming holidays I will have time to get something done on the bronco.
  4. It is 1/25 scale. Most people dont realize that most all the military lights and markers are on the civilian bodys. The interior is a whole different story though.
  5. There is a full on glue kit of these. It is made by MENG. It is not the fastback though. It is the full station wagon roof. There is a review of it here somewhere.
  6. The 327 can be found in the revllogram 1964 impala kits. The rally wheels as snake said. I would go with the 67 coupe corvette kit just to have extra vette parts on hand.
  7. If I can help answer any questions give me a yell.
  8. I work at Utility Trailer Mfg. The above info is correct. Here is some helpful info too. Standard airline size is 3/8 od, some companies order 1/2 inch airlines. 5/8 airlines are either black or a lime green color. ABS harness are orange from where they drop out of the raceway to the rear sub assembly.( rear axles). Brake cans or actuators are black with silver or gold 1/2 caps. Ours are never painted, DOT regulations on that part. On our trailers the electric and airlines run down the center on reefers and down the roadside on dry vans. Roadside = drivers side or left side Curbside = passenger side or right side It was confusing at first but after a while it is not left or right it is road and curb. I catch myself doing alot especially when people look at you like what the heck did you say. My wife is used to it now after 19 years with Utility.
  9. I too will not get those 2 1/2 mins of my life back. Good way to showcase sloppy building and how to apply too much glue.
  10. Sounds like a lot of people have been duped on this one.
  11. You know everyone hits hard times and bashing them about it does not help. You dont judge someone untill you have walked in thier shoes. Maybe he is having some financial difficulties from the move and trying to start over. I believe he will make everything right with all customers that have orders. I am no way connected with this company, just tired of all the repeat bashing.
  12. AMT redline tire parts pack. I dont know if they will fit the monogram wheels though. This is just a suggestion not intended to offend or make anyone mad.
  13. It is just repopped sheet metal. No original mustang body was injured in building his car. He is a good rally driver and probably the best drift driver around. I find the graphics ok and not offensive. At least he is showing his pride in America. But I geuss you would have to be a fan of what he does to understand it. I'm 46 years old and I like it.
  14. Well I might be the exception. I have been using the same bottle of loctite 454 for about 4 years now. No problems with it that I have noticed. It is the industrial thick gel type. I put what I need on an old pringles lid and close the bottle immediately. Then I use tooth picks to apply it to parts. It dont fog chrome or windows either. Might be hard to find outside of industrial suppliers.
  15. If you look close. The mounting bracket is there. Its the flat part between the two pulleys, which would put it mounting to the front of the blower shaft. As shown in some of the 1/1 pictures, where the idler pulley is closer to the blower.
  16. Ok thanks. That is what I thought it was. Any ideas on an easy way to lower the front?
  17. Tonite I found a brand new can of testors one coat stuck to the shelf. There was a transparent green goo around the can. When I picked it up the can felt like it had been used , but the wrapper was sealed. I cut the wrapper off ant saw the seam on the side of the can had a little rust on it. The room temp is always around 65-70 degrees year round. Could it just be a bad can? The color was deja-blue one coat. It just seems wierd. Has any one else had this happen?
  18. I have looked but cant find the thread about the crossmember attachment problem. Does anyone know or can tell me what was wrong. Did the instructions have it being put in backwards? Or should it be attached to the frame first instead of the floor pan? Please help I am just getting started on my first 69 truck. I am also thinking of lowering the front by relocating the spindles higher up. Will that work? Thanks in advance bigtim.
  19. Coins are not magnetic.
  20. Bill, Have you thought about a Ross Gibson engine? I have the 383 with the long ram intakes and carbs. It looks to be from the right era. But as with R G's passing they might be a little hard to find. I hope this helps bigtim.
  21. I have a 2013 chevy silverado that has a total of 6 air bags in it. Hope this misses me. 2 front in dash and 2 in roof over doors and 1 in each seat side towards the doors. Like evryone else I try not to hit anything.
  22. I like it. Brute power and speed isn't supposed to be pretty.
  23. The 67 Cyclone kit has,the powered by ford valve covers in it. The 66 fairlane kits have two completely different engines. The gta has the 390, the 427 has a 427 engine. Im pretty sure that the engine blocks are the only thing they share.the fairlane 390 also has the pbf valve covers.
  24. Sorry did not notice the B missing from box. Now can we see pics of whats in the box? Would like to know before I drop the money for another kit.
