Photoetch license plate trim.

Does anybody happen to have any on hand. If so would be able to trouble for some measurements, outside and inside. I have some on order but I would like to know so I know what to scale down my jpegs too.

I'm not sure where the ones I have were from but they are on a black backing. Outside they are .513" x .30" and inside are .453" x .214".
