I bought a bottle of zap-a-gap for the first time the other day. After using it I was left with the problem of cleaning the applicator tip.I didn't want to blow it out, risking getting it stuck to my lip, so i immersed it in lacquer thinner and swished it around for a few seconds. The lacquer thinner gelled it into a rubbery mass that came right out with a toothpick pushed through the opening.Hope this helps someone.

What i like to do is take off the tip and stand it up on a piece of cardboard that will let the glue drain out. Even if it sticks to the cardboard you can just scrape it off. I will put a needle through the tip to clean it if it is still clogged.
