hi every1...a friend of mine who just got back in2 modeling wants to build a replica of the stone..woods...cook..willys...(the blue 1) just incase there is another one...lol...does any1 know the exact color used of this car or a color that is really close to it...???

it just says metallic blue...was looking for more info on the shade of met blue there are many...

The problem is that it had actually been painted in at least 2 different shades of blue over the years it was ran as the Swindler. The early version (which the car has been restored to) was a light metallic blue. I beleive there's a '70s Oldsmobile color that''s a match for it according to an article in Street rodder from the era. I beleive the color was Light Blue Poly, PPG #2955. The later blue car was a Candy blue, HOK Oriental Blue is pretty close.
