outlaw035 Posted September 8, 2012 Author Posted September 8, 2012 it just says metallic blue...was looking for more info on the shade of met blue there are many...
Longbox55 Posted September 8, 2012 Posted September 8, 2012 The problem is that it had actually been painted in at least 2 different shades of blue over the years it was ran as the Swindler. The early version (which the car has been restored to) was a light metallic blue. I beleive there's a '70s Oldsmobile color that''s a match for it according to an article in Street rodder from the era. I beleive the color was Light Blue Poly, PPG #2955. The later blue car was a Candy blue, HOK Oriental Blue is pretty close.
