Howdy all,,just a pic of Landys 65 AWFC, glue bomb I got @ a club meet, got the decals from slixx in fine shape,,motor's 3/4 done. Now on to wheel setup.axles,interior. Any ideas about slixx decals? Should I use decal solution ,,or just plain water to get decals off sheet with no probs? Dont want these to rip/seperate . Thnx S post-7309-0-38713500-1348257257_thumb.jp

Nice save.

One of my favorite cars.

Thanks Caine,,its a cool model to have for sure,,when I saw it on the table at the club meet,,crappy blue paint, busted wheels,,ect mtr wasnt even mounted in chassis,{I knew what it COULD be,if RESTORED},,BUT it was a AWB Mopar!,,and by golly I was going to restore it one way or another,, I wasnt thinkin Landy car right away when I started it,,but the idea grew on me ,,and had to do it.

Just a few more pics,, ********UPDATE********* I tried the slixx decals first on the hood decal w/plain water{lukewarm}and the trusty Mcdonalds napkin{wet} on a cutting board, and small dish of the water,,and they work/slide just fine,,no ripping ect. Great Job SLIXX!!
