these doors are a little tough to cut out, theyre pretty thin along the top and the curve at the "A" pillar.......i almost have one cut out, then i gotta do my favorite thing.......make hinges! grrr! LOL these hinges wont be bad, theyre straight, so not as tough as a door with compound curves....

more to come

i sure will Virgil........i dont care of it takes me 3 hours to cut them open, as long as i dont break the body. i had to glue the firewall in, and add a support across the body for strength.....

What are you using for hard line to make your hinges from Bryan? The only thing I have that's strong enough is coat hanger wire, and It's just way too big.

My hinges are like baseball bat sized compared to the trunklid on the cuda, lol.

thanks guys!!

Corey, i am using some thin brass rod to make the hinges, i usually use brass tube as well, but i had to use plastic tube this time, im out of the correct size of brass..

cheers
