bryan_m Posted October 7, 2012 Author Posted October 7, 2012 these doors are a little tough to cut out, theyre pretty thin along the top and the curve at the "A" pillar.......i almost have one cut out, then i gotta do my favorite thing.......make hinges! grrr! LOL these hinges wont be bad, theyre straight, so not as tough as a door with compound curves.... more to come bryan

The only thing I have that's strong enough is coat hanger wire, and It's just way too big. My hinges are like baseball bat sized compared to the trunklid on the cuda, lol. Corey

Corey, i am using some thin brass rod to make the hinges, i usually use brass tube as well, but i had to use plastic tube this time, im out of the correct size of brass.. cheers bryan Nice job Bryan !
