redsox489 Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 when you paint the interior of a model is it important to get the full detail effect or can it be sloppy, and also i was wondering if i was to do a decal would i be better off painting it on instead of using the detail that came with the model?
Foxer Posted October 6, 2012 Posted October 6, 2012 Some interiors are well hidden so you can get away with more. Still, it always pays to be as neat as you can painting an interior .. or doing anything else as far as that goes. I does take experience over many models to get it all right and don't be too hard on yourself. You WILL see improvements as you build more. I always use a decal if it's available rather than trying to paint some micro detail. And remember .. you are the one you have to please.
