Can some one tell me how much to thin testors enamel paint for airbrushing?

Donn Yost uses 2 parts paint, 1 part cheap lacquer thinner at 32 psi. His awards speak for him

Two parts paint to one part cheap laquer ! Multiple mist coats . All my airbush work is done with Testors enamels with the regulator set at # 32 psi .

Okay thank you guys yet to buy an aircompressor im doing it with a bottle of air lol. So the im pretty sure i cant regulate the psi.
