Here is Aoshima's latest GTR R35 kit, its the same tooling from they use on their past GTR R35 kits, just with a new front and rear fascia , I had scale Finishes mix up the paint for me, its Nissan Ray Aurora Flare Blue , wheels are from hobby design. I did lower the ride height, but it was easy as the Aoshima R35 kits have working suspension. I did add a defuser at the rear, there are still a few more things I want to add, but will get to those later .

Nice work! I'm not sure how you feel, but I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality of Aoshima kits. Your work makes me want to build one too!

Nice work Jonathan! Stance looks perfect. How is the quality of the Hobby Design wheels? I've heard some mixed comments about them but yours appear to be pretty nice. What size are they?

Go for it, just put the paint and glue in the box and it will build its self for you  , its a blast to build, the only fit issues I have is the marker lights, everything is perfect

I too have heard those same comments, and I have not yet had any problems with hobby design wheels yet, only have bought four sets so far, the one I used are AVS model F15 for the GTR R35 size 20

I love their wheels, I have 4 sets myself. They are highly detailed and very well molded. Theres no male or female fitment, its just a solid block, but it leaves room to do whatever to fit them on what you want. The tires from HD Ive not had good experience with, tho.
