The decals for the kit were toast. I did try to clear them, but it took too many coats of paint for them to stay together. The decals were thick & it took a lot of Solvaset to make them form to the to the body. When dry they were still full of tiny cracks, thousands of them !

This car with 6 others I was building for clients were destroyed when my shop was vandalized ! I did repair all of them. It took 3 weeks for the repairs.

I had to ordered a new sheet of decals from Pattos Place. A life saver, again,Thank you!

The car was painted white & the new decals did not work very well & it looked like ######! The car was stripped again & repainted white. This time I masked off the red & green areas & painted them. A lot of work, but I think it came out great.

Nice seeing small scale on here too. Great job on the paint. Masking these little gems is a pain.
