Whats up with pictures not showing up?

Today I've noticed on some of the more recent posts that users pictures are not showing up but have to be "clicked" and downloaded to view? Have not seen that before?

I've actually came across a couple of pages like that here and there myself, I thought it was just me. I also came across some pages where I see the persons type but then everything's blank underneath. I thought maybe I needed to reload or perhaps they forgot to add photos but other people have responded with comments so I know they've seen the photos. I thought it was just me, of I come across any pages I'll try and remeber to post a link for you Harry.
