RocketJockey87 Posted November 5, 2012 Posted November 5, 2012 found it stuffed in a box from doing some trading with a member..lets make this more real found this truck in a building...i put wheels and tires on it, loaded it up an headed to the shop, the 8v72 detoit was being pulled from the truck, so i went ahead and took it out since it was loose.. and now anyways...can anyone tell me what kit this truck is? im missing a few minor parts for it an would like to restore this american classic...that and i love old pete's..
lapazleo Posted November 5, 2012 Posted November 5, 2012 Looks like a mix. Box, frame, rear axle and wheels from the AMT Ford short hauler front wheels from the AMT Kenworth aerodyne and cab and bumper from the AMT Peterbilt 352 converted to a day cab.

mackinac359 Posted November 5, 2012 Posted November 5, 2012 Yup.. 352 kit with the cab cut down to a 54" daycab. Single drive making it a model 282. The body is from the AMT Ford Short Hauler kit. Tim
