Just wondering if you good people can help me here man? Are these 2 kits the same apart from the box art?

I don't think they are the same kit.I built the one on the bottom years ago and don't remeber it having the chin spoiler in it.It built up well years ago but now with the worn out molds it is getting sloppy.

I'm sure some one else will be able to chime in with info on the top kit.bigtim.
