How would one go about tinting windows on a model?

Have had some luck with Tamiya candie colors. Dependens on what you're after, O.E.M or like a Drag racer. Model Master has a # 2949 "Clear Transparent Black Window Tint". This works real well if you want an SUV type tinted windows. Just remember to error on the light side on the paint. You can always add another coat, but you can get it to dark very fast. Hope that is of some help.

You can use real 1:1 tint...get free scraps from a local tint shop. Others have used RIT dye...a bit messy for me.
