my80malibu Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 I saw that one in the drug store, the cover has like a plastic feel to it. I bet it will last forever. Lots of way cool pictures too.
Daddyfink Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 I just picked it up today and it is actually pretty nice. I stopped buying these type of non traditional type rod mags because they where just loaded with way too much junk and not enough car stuff. I don't care for the pin ups, wild party pics, someone pin striping something, rock a billy bands pics in a parking lot, etc. etc..... Lots of pics in a mag that feels solid in your hands and you will want to keep in the collection. I have noticed that many mags are moving to this style of printing. Recoil and Geek are two mags that are made in a similar manner.
Greg Myers Posted December 18, 2012 Author Posted December 18, 2012 "Pin Ups "? those are "Tatted Fender Lizards" * * from the H.A.M.B. board
Greg Myers Posted December 18, 2012 Author Posted December 18, 2012 WARNING: May Contain Rat Rods It does have several traditional hot rods as well. If you're not on to the rat thing the engines are still neat, and lots of detail shots as well for your build ideas.

JunkPile Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 Just picked up a copy of this magazine today. If you are interested in rust, dents, un-dressed welds, patina and other real nice automotive stuff this is a "must have". It really is more of a coffee-table book than just a mag. The Welcome Page (#9) explains it all.
