I just picked it up today and it is actually pretty nice. I stopped buying these type of non traditional type rod mags because they where just loaded with way too much junk and not enough car stuff. I don't care for the pin ups, wild party pics, someone pin striping something, rock a billy bands pics in a parking lot, etc. etc.....

Lots of pics in a mag that feels solid in your hands and you will want to keep in the collection.

I have noticed that many mags are moving to this style of printing. Recoil and Geek are two mags that are made in a similar manner.

WARNING: May Contain Rat Rods

It does have several traditional hot rods as well. If you're not on to the rat thing the engines are still neat, and lots of detail shots as well for your build ideas.

Just picked up a copy of this magazine today. If you are interested in rust, dents, un-dressed welds, patina and other real nice automotive stuff this is a "must have". It really is more of a coffee-table book than just a mag. The Welcome Page (#9) explains it all.
