my80malibu Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 I have some questions, I have just aquired a Unimat DB 200 lathe and would like to start using it. Its not in perfect condition,However it does operate well. I like that better anyway because now I can make it my own. putting the cart before the horse. I would like to know of any reputable dealers to buy parts from in the U.S. Any help to get me started would be very Appreciated.
Chief Joseph Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 A quick Google search turned up www.tomstoolstore.com in Massachusetts. It seems he is a Unimat guru, so maybe you need make friends with him

Ace-Garageguy Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 (edited) I just got the new Micro Mark catalog today, and they have a fair selection of general machinist's measuring devices you'll need and generic cutting tools that should work with your unit also. sportandmiah Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 (edited) Parts for the unimat? Toms tool store on ebay specializes in old unimat parts. Everything else, try littlemachineshop.com. Edited January 6, 2013 by sportandmiah
