Anybody got pics of 07 Crown Victoria's they have built ? Or anybody added a kit engine ?

I'm looking at replacing the moulded 'flat' engine with running gear from a 07 Shelby Mustang to created an all black unmarked sleeper. Anybody already done it ?

I can see that this is LATE!

But, I did disassemble the 2007 and reassemble after personalizing.

Motor Max 2007 "Law Enforcement And Public Service"

In black.

I swoped the interior and grill, with another Crown Vic, removed the push bars, covered the Gov'ment plates and mostly rid the build of those Way Too Tall tires.

I found some nice tires in my parts boxes to better compliment the 9 spoke wheels, I sprayed the replacement grill with Spaztix Chrome, painted and detailed the dash, steering wheel, inner doors and radios, scratch built the added analog beacon from parts, added a PoliceCarModels.com wig wag on the package tray and added  2010 N.Y. plates from BestModelCarParts.com

I have a nice NYPD customized Detective figure I call "The Fleece" to finish it with, including a detailed patrol bag and vintage emergency helmet too.

Just have to slap some color on them.

First pic is the stock item.

I found it easy to add or remove  whatever I wanted from this diecast to suit my tastes, to answer your question.

I have another one that I only changed the wheels on, it was easy too.
