What a SUPERB job!!!! I have a buddy that has a 1:1 '61... it is painted "Black Cherry" which is a black finish, with red highlights.... and Halibrand wheels.... we built a 440 Magnum engine, and 727 Torqueflite tranny, with a push-button shifter...

Really nice job ! Converting promos or lumpy old resin castings to fully developed models is not for everyone. I'm putting a resin '59 Ford 300 on a '58 Edsel kit. My dremel has been busy. Looks like your promo body excaped the dreaded promo warping demons.........

Wow...what a great combination of old and new, excellent !!! :D I'd love to see some/one of the model companies explore these Mopars from our past .

I would like that as well, Pete! I don't think Mopar got as much model car recognition as they should have. Even though I was brought up on GM, I can see the beauty of the older Mopars...Desotos, Imperials, Cryslers as well as Dodge & Plymouth. I would love to see more of them released in styrene.
