the goon Posted February 8, 2013 Posted February 8, 2013 Hello out there, My name's Mark, from Whittier CA. I enjoy building "light commercial" types of vehicles. This is the Ertyl 1950 Chevy pick up. It's basicly box stock, except for the cage which is made from Evergreen stock, as is the padlock on the chain. The seat is covered with masking tape and given the worn look. Weathering is a combination of washes, dry brushing, and chalks. I also build rc scale ship models, but always try to find time to build plastic car/truck models between boat projects. Hope you like it, Mark

AzTom Posted February 11, 2013 Posted February 11, 2013 Welcome! Great weathering job and rack build. If you're going to stay in the tire business you'll need to rick those tires to get a full load, lol
