Stripped Chrome, Changed Mind

So I went nuts the other night and stripped the chrome off the grille for a 56 Ford F100. Now I'm regretting it and wishing to take it a different direction. What are my options to restore a chrome like finish?

AirBrush it with HOK Kosmic Krome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or Alclad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought about BMFing it, but its a pretty complicated shape. Will BMF stretch and lay down nice? I suppose it would take more than once piece maybe, but then I wonder about seams...

Alclad looks like a good option, but I'm sure it's not sold anywhere near me to be able to just get some, so I'd have to order it, and then wait... and wait... for it to arrive!

Suppose there is anything at Micheal's or Hobby Lobby that would work?

Alclad or SpazStix (I have never tried Kosmic Krome!) or send it out for replating.

None of the "chrome" paints available from big box stores will replicate chrome - just silverish paint.

BMF may work, but it will more than likley tear and fold on complex curves.

I'm sure someone here has one to spare. Try an ad in the Wanted section.

Having the part re-chromed (vacuum plated) is still the best and most realistic option, but for the cost of a bottle of Alclad or any other product, you'd be halfway toward buying another kit.
